About Me
With over 35 years of expertise, I bring a wealth of
experience to my current position, having collaborated
with OEMs, distributors, and dealers. As one of the few in
the industry who has successfully taken a product from
concept to market, I have a deep understanding of all
aspects of the marine industry. My extensive knowledge
of manufacturing, sales and marketing, and strategic
planning has allowed me to drive significant growth for
various companies. I have a proven track record of
cultivating high-performing sales teams and fostering
strong customer relationships.
As the regional sales manager for Lippert Marine, I’m
responsible for overseeing key distributor and dealer
accounts, help facilitate sell through using my
negotiation and marketing skills. I’m particularly
involved with leading our private label programs and
product training for distributor and dealer networks.
This involves regular communication, conducting
training sessions, providing product knowledge
resources, and offering creative pricing options.
I have a strong track record of meeting sales targets and
increasing revenue year after year. Through my diligence
in analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities
for growth, I have been able to consistently expand our
customer base.
I firmly believe that the core of any company lies within
its people. Bringing them together to align their efforts
towards a common goal is what sets them apart and

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- 2011 Won the IBEX Innovation Award for the Nautilus Windlass Design, a project I led from concept to being sold to OEM and distribution channels.
- 2009 - 2012 Lead US and Asian team all aspects of a full anchoring system, including design, engineering, manufacturing in Asia, and marketing to OEM’s like Yellowfin, Edgewater, Everglades, SeaVee Century Boats, and Regal Boats.
- 1999 Led the strategic planning and execution for Haron Robotunits' first expansion facility in Killaloe, Ireland, demonstrating my ability to lead in international business development and operations.
- • 2003 As a member of the DeSantis Chevrolet Racing Team, I contributed to our victory in the World Offshore Championship, leading in areas of strategy and team coordination.
- 1998, I managed the Spirit of Norway Offshore team to the UIM World & European Offshore Championship.
- 1992 As the Chief Technician for Brooks Athletic Shoes Offshore Racing Team, I led the technical efforts that contributed to our victory in the World Offshore Championship.
PERFORMANCE HIGHLIGHTS
- Played a key role as part of Team USA Racing Team, working closely with esteemed individuals such as Diver - Don Johnson and Throttle - Man Richie Powers, highlighting my ability to collaborate effectively within high profile environments.
- Collaborating with Mercury Marine, I worked with technicians at Lake X and Fond du Lac, capturing data for the Mercury’s race motors and Kiekhaefer VI drive system.
- Raced as Navigator for the Bud Dry Racing Team with August Busch IV and Jeff Soffer.
- Managed Spirit of Norway Racing Team to UIM championship powered by Lamborghini V12 motors, showcasing strong team management and leadership capabilities.
