With 35+ years in the marine industry, I've taken products from concept to market, built high-performing sales teams, and driven revenue growth across OEM, distributor, and dealer channels. Currently serving as Regional Sales Rep for Lippert Marine across the Southeast U.S., I bring a rare mix of product development, international experience, and front-line sales execution — all in service of helping companies grow their margins.

  • 2011 — IBEX Innovation Award winner for the Nautilus Windlass Design, led from concept to market through OEM and distribution channels.
  • 2009–2012 — Led U.S. and Asian teams through full product development of an anchoring system, marketing to OEMs including Yellowfin, Edgewater, Everglades, SeaVee, Century Boats, and Regal Boats.
  • 1999 — Spearheaded Haron Robotunits' first international expansion with a new facility in Killaloe, Ireland.
  • 2003 — Led strategy and coordination for the DeSantis Chevrolet Racing Team's World Offshore Championship victory.
  • 1998 — Managed the Spirit of Norway Offshore team to the UIM World & European Offshore Championship.
  • 1992 — Chief Technician for the Brooks Athletic Shoes Offshore Racing Team; led technical efforts behind the World Offshore Championship win.

  • Member of Team USA Racing Team; collaborated with high-profile drivers and industry figures in competitive offshore racing environments.
  • Partnered with Mercury Marine technicians at Lake X and Fond du Lac to capture performance data for race motors and the Kiekhaefer VI drive system.
  • Raced as Navigator for the Bud Dry Racing Team with August Busch IV and Jeff Soffer.
  • Managed Spirit of Norway Racing Team to UIM Championship, overseeing a Lamborghini V12-powered team with full operational and leadership responsibility.
