With 35+ years in the marine industry, I've taken products from concept to market, built high-performing sales teams, and driven consistent revenue growth across OEM, distributor, and dealer channels. I currently serve as Regional Sales Representative for Lippert Marine, managing key partnerships and leading private label programs across the Southeast U.S.

 

I bring a rare combination of hands-on product development, international business experience, and front-line sales execution. My passion is aligning people around a shared goal — and helping companies grow their margins in the process.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
  • 2011 — Won the IBEX Innovation Award for the Nautilus Windlass Design, a project I led from concept to market through OEM and distribution channels.
  • 2009–2012 — Led a U.S. and Asian team through all aspects of a full anchoring system: design, engineering, manufacturing in Asia, and marketing to OEMs including Yellowfin, Edgewater, Everglades, SeaVee, Century Boats, and Regal Boats.
  • 1999 — Spearheaded Haron Robotunits' first international expansion with a new facility in Killaloe, Ireland.
  • 2003 — Contributed to the DeSantis Chevrolet Racing Team's victory in the World Offshore Championship, leading strategy and team coordination.
  • 1998 — Managed the Spirit of Norway Offshore team to the UIM World & European Offshore Championship.
  • 1992 — As Chief Technician for the Brooks Athletic Shoes Offshore Racing Team, led the technical efforts behind our World Offshore Championship victory.

PERFORMANCE HIGHLIGHTS

  • Played a key role as part of Team USA Racing Team, working closely with esteemed individuals such as Diver - Don Johnson and Throttle - Man Richie Powers, highlighting my ability to collaborate effectively within high profile environments.
  • Collaborating with Mercury Marine, I worked with technicians at Lake X and Fond du Lac, capturing data for the Mercury’s race motors and Kiekhaefer VI drive system.
  • Raced as Navigator for the Bud Dry Racing Team with August Busch IV and Jeff Soffer.
  • Managed Spirit of Norway Racing Team to UIM championship powered by Lamborghini V12 motors, showcasing strong team management and leadership capabilities.
  • Implemented Data Acquisition and Telemetry systems to monitor and improve performance, reflecting my ability to utilize technology for efficiency and performance enhancement at the highest level of racing.
